A stunner of a mint julep cup! Slightly larger than the average, it features the traditional footed base and beaded detail at the top and bottom. Engraved with a beautiful crest on the front and hallmarks on the bottom,this cup was been made by a well-known silverplating company, dating to the 1860s in the US. This cup is heavy, thick, well-made and well-loved. Each cup has its own unique patina; no two are exactly alike. The crests on each also vary -- some are lighter, some are darker, but all the same motif. Adds an old world element that makes this cup so fabulous! We love these in multiples as small vases, too!
