Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the specific carrier. We recommend taking photographs of the damaged item(s) as well as all the packing materials.
