Shipping policy
We currently ship orders using standard ground services.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. An order confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the order, and a second email will be sent once your order ships which will include your tracking number details.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $10.00 on most orders- please see our Smalls That Ship Free collection on our website. All shipments are sent via ground services (USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex), which generally take 2-5 business days for delivery after the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Please message us for your expedited shipping service needs, which we handle on a case by case basis. An additional fee will be quoted for USPS Priority, Express or Air services requested and based on package size, weight, destination and speed of delivery.
We are happy to offer local Fort Worth, Texas pick up. Please select Local Pick Up at check out to save on shipping charges. Processing time for pick up orders is 1-3 business days and once the order is ready for pick up, an email with instructions on the location, date and time will be sent.
Lost or stolen packages: please file a claim through the specific carrier. Friday Finds Vintage is not liable for lost or stolen packages. All questions and concerns should be sent using our Contact Us form.
Gift Wrapping: At this time we do not offer formal gift wrapping. We are happy to include an enclosure card and/or note if you are sending your order as a gift. Please disclose this request in the Order Special Instructions section at check out.
We use a combination of new and recycled packing boxes and materials that are collected from local businesses, friends and family. We strongly encourage you to recycle your shipping materials after receiving your package, too! The outside of the box may not be the most beautiful, but it's what is on the inside that counts.
